Well our first daylily bloomed this week. The plants are really starting to take off.
We also picked up a Tiger Eye Sumac this week. Its one of my new favorite shrubs. It holds the color you see here all summer and then in the fall turns to a yellow, orange, and red mix. This one is going right by the front door, it actually matches the color we painted the door so thats an added bonus. Hopefully we will get a lot done this week and have plenty to post next week, we actually have to mow the yard for the first time and catch a few rays by the pool.
